WHAT?
Using the job profiles within the organisation, we develop a custom report in which scores for the desired competencies are clearly displayed. You can invite your applicants or employees to your own account (with the ‘look and feel’ of your organisation) within our portal. We can train you in the use of the portal up to reading the reports. You can then download the reports yourself and discuss options for development within the position.
From your own online environment you invite candidates to the test programme for the position they are applying for. You can do this, for example, between the first and second interview. This means you can delve deeper into the score on the custom report’s job-specific competencies in the second interview. Not only does this ensure a better interview, it also provides a lot more insight into your applicant’s capacities. This gives your selection policy a qualitaty boost.
We can provide a custom report with selection questions that match the results of the underlying tests and the competency rankings. In this way the recruitment and selection process is objectified and professionalised with a reduced chance of a mis-hire. This will save the organisation a lot of money.
