Talent International processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@talentinternational.nl and we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process personal data?
Talent International processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter
- To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary for us to be able to carry out our services
- Inform you about changes to our services and products
- Offering you the opportunity to create an account
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Talent International analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and to tailor the products and services to your preferences.

Talent International does not make any decisions regarding matters which could have (significant) consequences for people, based on automated processing. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Talent International) being involved.
Retention of personal data
Talent International does not retain your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Talent International will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with legal obligations. We have concluded a processor’s agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Talent International will remain responsible for this processing.
Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Talent International, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@talentinternational.nl.
To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, please enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request.
How we protect personal data
Talent International takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
