The Talent Development Programme (TOP) is for anyone who wants to gain more insight into their talents and make the most of them. Do you want to deal better with change, take responsibility for your career and your personal development, and work on sustainable employability? Then contact us. WHAT?
TOP is a sustainable employability programme that consists of a combination of (online) tests, self-assessment exercises and individual interviews. It is offered to employees with the goal of dealing with change, taking responsibility for their own career and personal development, and working on sustainable employability. This is in the interest of both the organisation and the employees.
Together we will discover your talents, favourite activities, areas of interest and personal motives. The program starts with an online portal for self assessment in combination with group sessions and / or individual conversations and anchoring in a structured evaluation with management or HR. This will get you from insight and inspiration to results.
The talent development programme can be used within the (sustainable) employability policy, but also during changes in the organisation within change management or to support the personal development of the most important component of any organisation: the employees.
