As a n executive and manager you are the point of contact and sparring partner for your people. Of course you also want to stay alert and sharp so that you can continue to inspire and motivate your employees. A management coach challenges you, reflects and ensures that you can continue to perform optimally yourself.


Your leadership is central to Management Coaching. Together with your coach, you investigate your (deeper) management question and create a Business Model You canvas to map out your goals. The coach holds up a mirror to your face and allows you to reflect. This will give you new insights that you can put into practice immediately.

Management coaching is tailor-made. Together with your coach you determine which topics you will tackle during the coaching programme. Your questions, ambitions and talents are the centre point.

Because not all coaching questions are always the same, we offer different coaching programmes:

Reflection coaching
There is really only one topic that you keep coming up against. This can easily be explored in a short programme of three coaching sessions.

Focus coaching
There are some issues in your work and / or your life that you have been dreading for a long time and that you really want to tackle in a programme of six coaching sessions.

In-depth coaching
You like to put things off and now a large pile of large and smaller issues has arisen that needs to be cleared up. You explore and tackle them properly in 9 coaching sessions.

A coaching session takes about an hour and a half.
